Six Step Carpet Cleaning System

High Suction Vacuum

We’ve invested in the best and latest high tech cleaning equipment available to ensure we always get great results. Our commercial vacuum has the most powerful suction system on the market. Designed for heavy wear commercial carpets this vacuum brushes and combs the length of the carpet pile to release dirt and debris from both the fibres and the base of the carpet for optimal cleaning results.

Pre-Clean Shampoo

Once the vacuuming is complete, we then spray the carpet with a pre-cleaning shampoo. This gently penetrates deep into the carpet fibres and helps to loosen and release tough, ground-in dirt and stains.

Carpet Shampoo & Massage

Once the pre-spray has worked its magic, we then clean the carpet using a soft cleaning pad on a rotary scrubber to gently cleanse the carpet fibres and release all the loosened dirt.

Steam Cleaning

Next comes the high heat steam extraction. Our state-of-the-art steam extraction machine sends a jet of steam through the carpet fibres which opens the pores, kills mould, bacteria, fungi and allergens and captures any remaining dirt and debris. The steam, dirt and debris are immediately extracted via suction to leave the carpet deep cleaned and thoroughly sanitised.

Deodorise

A carpet deodoriser is then applied to neutralise any odours in the carpet so your room smells fresh and clean.

Finishing

To add the finishing touches we then brush the surface of the carpet with a special grooming tool.  This separates and straightens the carpet fibres which allows the air to circulate for faster drying times and creates a beautiful finish on the carpet.
