Hard Floors Cleaned & Restored In 3 Easy Steps
1. Floor Preparation
The correct preparation of your floors is vital to get the best results. Our technicians are meticulous in their preparation. Floors are vacuumed to remove any dirt and debris and then a professional, fast-acting, low odour floor stripper is applied. This dissolves any sealers on contact and strips the floor back to bare.
2. Deep Clean
Next, the bare floor is thoroughly cleaned with a high pressure, rotary steam cleaner. This buffs the floor to remove small scratches, scuffs, residue and contaminants whilst sanitising the surface to kill germs, bacteria, mould, fungi and allergens.
3. Seal
Once the floor is meticulously clean and dry, the sealer is then applied. We always apply one to two coats of sealer for our private clients and multiple coats for our commercial clients. The more coats the harder wearing the surface. The sealer is left to dry between coats and forms a strong and protective wear layer on the surface of the floor.
